Service Description
This required consultation is the first step toward starting your locs. We’ll discuss your desired loc method, size, shape, color, and any special requests while assessing your hair to determine the best approach for you. We’ll also talk through what to expect throughout your loc journey, including maintenance, care, and the process of developing your locs. By the end of our conversation, we’ll determine the best next steps for creating your starter locs. For your consultation, please come with your hair detangled and free of heavy product buildup so your hair can be easily worked through and assessed.
Cancellation Policy

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. - Pricing is based on estimated service time and any special accommodations. Final pricing may vary. -Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Transfer eligibility depends on our rescheduling policy. -24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. - A 30-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals; a $15 late fee may apply when time permits. -Please arrive alone unless an exception applies. Children may have one guardian. -Service and extension recommendations are based on your hair, goals, and haircare plan. -Please disclose relevant hair or scalp concerns before your appointment. -Installation concerns must be reported within 48 hours for eligible complimentary corrections. - Service payments are non-refundable.
