🔐 Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and is applied toward your final total.

Deposits are only refunded if your appointment is canceled by the stylist.

You may reschedule once, and your deposit will transfer as long as the new appointment is booked within the same month.
💳 Payments

Remaining balances are accepted via exact cash, Zelle, or credit/debit card.

Full payment is due at the time of service.
🕒 Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance through your client portal.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. If time still allows, a late fee will apply.
🛠️ Touch-Ups & Adjustments

All services are non-refundable.

If you experience issues such as slipping, unraveling, or tension, notify me within 48 hours for a complimentary fix.

After 48 hours, a touch-up fee will apply. Touch-ups are available for up to 7 days after your original appointment.
🧼 Service Prep & Included Care

All styling services include shampoo and conditioning.

If you currently have braids, extensions, or locs that need to be taken down removed, please book a Take-Down Service separately.

Extra time or charges may apply for product buildup, matting, or scalp conditions.
🚫 Guests

No extra guests are allowed in the salon. One guardian may accompany clients under 18.
📸 Media & Promotion

DomSoDope showcases client work for inspiration and education.

By booking, you consent to being photographed or recorded during your appointment for promotional use. All media is owned by DomSoDope and may be used without compensation.
