Service Description
This brief conversation is designed for clients who are already loc’d but aren’t sure which service to book or what their locs may need. We’ll discuss your locs, current care routine, concerns, goals, and what you’re looking to achieve. By the end of our conversation, we’ll determine the best next steps for your loc care and whether an in-depth consultation or specific service is recommended.
Cancellation Policy

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our policies. - Pricing is based on estimated service time and any special accommodations. Final pricing may vary. -Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total. Transfer eligibility depends on our rescheduling policy. -24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. - A 30-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals; a $15 late fee may apply when time permits. -Please arrive alone unless an exception applies. Children may have one guardian. -Service and extension recommendations are based on your hair, goals, and haircare plan. -Please disclose relevant hair or scalp concerns before your appointment. -Installation concerns must be reported within 48 hours for eligible complimentary corrections. - Service payments are non-refundable.
